The LCD console has 5 windows for time, speed, calories, distance, laps and heart rate. There are five programs, a contact sensor built into the handlebars and a maximum weight capacity of 220 pounds. The incline is manually adjusted and has three levels. It is shipped partially assembled and is light. The manually adjusted incline makes the treadmill much lighter than others but is not especially easy to use.  Amazon sometimes have sales on this treadmill.

Quote ‘Prefect for power walking or running 8 minute miles or slower, but cannot go any faster. If this is your exercise level, you will find this machine just fine.’  and ‘It is VERY VERY easy to assemble, in about 15 minutes, as it comes partially assembled. Machine weighs less than others, at about 100 pounds compared to 150+; this is another big plus IMO as it does not become the focal point of the room.’

Overall the manual incline is not very well liked BUT it makes the unit much lighter so it’s a trade off with what you need. The top speed is lower than the other treadmills so wouldn’t be good for fast running but if you want to power walk this should be adequate.
