The Merit Fitness 725T Treadmill is a best selling treadmill at Amazon and retails for around $400. It is a folding treadmill with speeds ranging between 1 and 10 m.p.h., seven preset programs, cup holder and a heart rate monitor. There’s even a book ledge (or put your iPod on it!) so you can read while you exercise! It’s weight capacity is 250 pounds and it has an AeroSoft cushioning system. It can be elevated up to 10% and the LED monitor has three windows to allow you to track speed, distance, time, and resistance with five keys for instant adjustments. programs include rolling hills, interval and weight loss.
