The Bowflex Series 7 Treadmill is one of the top fitness products available and sells for just under $1300. It is computer programmed with fifteen programs including two for heart rate control and two user customisable. There’s is also a body mass test program. The top speed of 11 mph is higher than most other treadmills which usually have a top speed of 10mph. There is a contact grip and a wireless heart rate monitor. The incline is easy to adjust with the quick keys and the running surface is comfortable and doesn’t strain knee and hip joints. There is a three speed fan to keep you cool and a bottle holder that holds two bottles or cups. The Series 7 Treadmill folds away for storage.

The machine is heavy! Although it’s advertised as a folding treadmill it’s a bit on the heavy side to actually fold it and store it away. If you need to do this on a regular basis go for a lighter machine. The fan isn’t very good! Quote ‘The fan is completely pathetic – It isn’t worth turning on’.
